Michael and Elise came to Fiji for a well deserved holiday and had chosen Club Fiji Resort as their accommodation option. They stayed at the resort for nine days. Both of them heard some great things about Fiji and thought they would try this out themselves.
“We have friends who have been here and so they told us about all the great things that Fiji and this resort has. After that we made a quick search for this place and saw the pictures, the prices and activities that we can get involved in. We have done horse riding, snorkeling and went to visit the Nadi town from Club Fiji resort and I think that all of those activities were great. We weren’t looking much to do as this has been just a trip where we can relax!” said the both of them.
“It is cheap and the best thing is that the beach is just a few steps away from our room. What I find interesting is that we are far away from the busy atmosphere and all the hustle and bustle. That is what I needed. I loved to relax on the hammock with the gust of cool breeze hitting my face. The meals are first class, I mean to say that they taste like the ones we get in an expensive restaurant. We will for sure be coming back to Fiji and to this resort again”, said Elise.

Bryan Mitchell and his partner came to Fiji for holidays and it was their first time that they had been here. They were in a holiday club where they chose to go to the places in a small group. Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell were in Club Fiji Resort for two weeks and really enjoyed the laid back environment that was seen here. They were relaxing near the swimming pool when I caught up with them for an interview.
“When we saw this place, we eventually knew that relaxation and comfort is what we will be getting. The staff around the resort are so helpful and they will never pressure you around for anything. We have done a few activities around the resort which includes snorkeling, got a massage, fishing, had fun at the bar and also witnessed the coconut climbing by one of the staff and all these activities were really enjoyable”.
“The meals have been delicious and so has been the taxi service. My wife and I went on a day cruise with the Whale Watch Schooner and it was really beautiful. We also went to Denarau on a bus and that trip provided us the opportunity to see the villages around some parts of Nadi and that was a really great experience for us. Then we went to visit the Echo Park and the first landing village which was very clean and learnt a lot about the previous presidents that hailed from that village.
“We will certainly come back to Club Fiji Resort whenever we get the opportunity. Thank you very much”.

Laura Lynch and her friend were exchange students from New Zealand and were in Fiji to study. They had finished their exchange program and came to Club Fiji Resort to relax before going back to USA. This was their first time in Fiji and they loved everything around here, from the people to the food.
They had gone for the Robinson Crusoe Island cruise and had really enjoyed it a lot. They had taken part in the snorkeling trip, enjoyed watching the famous South Pacific Island dance, the knife and fire cabaret, did the sea kayaking, went for the traditional fish dive, made coconut jewellery, witnessed the coconut tree climbing and also learnt the famous island dances.
“We got to know about Club Fiji Resort from one of our friends who had been here before. This place is so beautiful and quite. We went on the horse riding activity, had gone to Nadi town and just relaxed around the resort. It was really a great place to just relax. The staff around resort are very helpful and friendly. We love the weather, the ‘Fiji Time’, chilling out, the fact that there is no rushing around and that everyone is at their own pace and place. This is what true Fiji is all about”.
“From Fiji, we will be heading back to USA and back to our studies. But we will come back to Fiji for another holiday and will stay at Club Fiji Resort. We thank everyone at the resort for giving us a wonderful time and providing us with a great service”. Said Laura.

Walking along the beach, hand in hand was a couple who arrived here to get married in this tropical bliss. Tomas and Katarina were soon going to tie the knot at one of the islands around Fiji when I approached them for a quick interview. The best way to remember the most important moment of your life is when you come to a unique place to say “I DO”. So this was the moment they were looking forward to.
“We are staying in Fiji for sixteen days and this is our fourth day at Club Fiji Resort Hotel. We are so excited and just can’t wait for the big day. Club Fiji Resort is a wonderful place to spend time and everything is so peaceful. The whole resort is like a surprise for you to discover and once we came here we just fell in love with this place”
They had visited the Garden of the Sleeping Giants, the Sabeto hot spring and the mud bath. Most importantly they were at Club Fiji Resort to relax before the big day. The best thing for them was the atmosphere at the resort. They went to the Blue Lagoon Cruises, went to Boitaira and then Naviti.
“We got to know about Club Fiji Resort through some reviews from the internet and thought to check it out ourselves. There were many negative comments with regards to the resort but once we got here, we saw a total different picture altogether. For us Fiji means exotic and a place where you will relax and enjoy yourself. After Fiji, we will be going to Australia and then back to Czech Republic. We loved this resort and will always come back here when we are in Fiji. Thank you very much for the wonderful time and the best service that we got here at the resort”.

Having time off work is a wonderful thing to do and for Selina, she really had a great time relaxing at Club Fiji Resort before going back to her work. She had been in Fiji for two weeks and her first week was spent relaxing around at the resort and the second week in Fiji was for her work as she is a lecturer. Her visit to Fiji was for work purpose and so she had a week off before going back to work.
“I really love the weather here in Fiji. It is so relaxing and warm. Having to spend a week off before I start work is a great opportunity. I got the opportunity to relax, go to Nadi Town, buy some things for my family back home and also catch up with my notes for my lecture. Now this is how I imagined my time like in Fiji”.
She was relaxing on the hammock with a cocktail in her hand when I caught up for an interview. “I plan to get my family to Fiji and especially at Club Fiji Resort. I love the environment here since it is so quite and friendly. The food was delicious as well”.
“Thank you very much Club Fiji for everything”.

Relaxing near the beach was this couple who had come all the way from France. Reveillon and her partner were in Fiji for a long break from work. They had been in Club Fiji Resort for 5 nights and loved every moment of their stay. But their holiday was not over yet as they still had to go for another holiday trip to New Zealand.
As always they had come to relax rather than taking part in extreme activities around the resort and even around Fiji. “It’s quite different from the other places that we have been to and seen, it is nice, comfortable and I just love the hospitality. We had gone for snorkeling around the reef from this resort and it was a nice trip. We also had gone to visit the Nadi Town. We are very happy with the range of activities that Club Fiji Resort is providing to its guest. For us, we are just here to relax and enjoy our time alone”, she quoted.
“Thank You Club Fiji for a wonderful service and most of all for a great and memorable stay. We shall return again soon”!

While on my visit to Club Fiji resort, I had gone for my first fishing trip. I was so excited and the whole trip was a great experience even though I did not manage to catch any fish, which was a little sad for me. I had gone with two other guests from the resort and the boatman Semi.My day had been very enjoyable and I managed to learn how to catch fish
The sun was out and shining bright, the water was calm and the view from where we went was really beautiful. That was my first ever trip so I wasn’t that sure on what to do. Thanks to semi, I got to know how to throw my bait in, what time to pull line up and the basics. The two guests Gillie and Ervin were also helpful. They were experienced on what they were doing since they had always gone for fishing trips back home in Australia.
I was really amazed at the lovely view that I got to see. We had anchored near the reef as that was the best place to score good fish, as Semi predicated. We threw in our bait, waited for a while and then i could feel the fish nibbling onto my bait, yet as soon as I pulled my line, they swim away. Now isn’t that playful. It was as if the fish knew that it was my first time fishing. But anyways I would say that it was a good experience for me. Ervin managed to catch only one fish and then we had to return back since time wasn’t with us. I wasn’t at all disappointed with the whole trip. Now i can try out fishing every time that I m out and about.
Thank you Semi, Gillie and Ervin for the lovely day.

As you sit at the Lomalagi Bar and order your drink you will be greeted with a Big Bula by the Bartender. Apakuki a.k.a Kuki is always happy and entertains his guests with a big smile. He has new things to talk about daily.
He has been working at Club Fiji Resort for more than 13 years. He has met a lot of guests from all over the world and loves what he is doing. Kuki makes really nice cocktails, something you wouldn’t want to miss.
Kuki has experienced all sorts of environment and has seen a lot of interesting things happening at the resort. When asked what was his funniest experience he quoted “there was a group of young guests (both male and female) who had been drinking at the bar once and they had been playing a game as well. The group who lost the game had to strip in front of the bar and run around the beach at night without any clothes and drunk!”. Now that is some funny experience.
His favorite greeting for guests is “BULA… WELCOME HOME!!!“, so be sure to hear this greeting from him when ever you enter the bar and go towards you room.
He is one happy bar tender and everybody loves him. He tends to cheer each and every person who sits at the bar or at the restaurant. So make sure to ask for kuki when you stay at Club Fiji Resort.
